Steps to follow:
Step 1
- Go to the “Configuration” section.
- Click on the “Edit therapist” button.
- Click on the “Add therapist” button.
- Click on the “Name” field and enter the name.
- Click on the “Surname” field and enter the surname.
- Click on the “E-mail” field and enter your e-mail address.
- Click on the “Phone” field and enter the phone number.
- Click on the “Country” drop-down menu and select the country.
- Click on the “Status” field and enter the status.
- Click on the “City” field and enter the city.
- Click on the “Postcode” field and enter the zip code.
- Click on the “Street” field and enter the address.
- Click on the “Gender” drop-down menu and select the gender.
- Click on the “Industry” drop-down menu and select an industry.
- Click on the “Birth” field to enter the date of birth, or click on the calendar in the “Birth” field and select the date.
- Optional: Click on the “Comments” field and write comments.
- Finally, click on the “Save” button.
Step 2
- Select the previously created user from the drop-down menu.
- Assign a name or use the default name.
- Specify a color in which your appointments should be displayed in the calendar.
- Select the treatments that can be carried out by the therapist.
- Finally, click on the “Save” button.
Explanatory video
The video is subtitled in English by default. You can change this to the language of your choice in the video settings.
