Steps to follow
- Go to the “Patients” section.
- Click on the “Add patient” button, which will redirect you to a form in which you must fill in all the fields required to create a new patient.
- Click on the “Name” field and enter the name.
- Click on the “Surname” field and enter the surname.
- Click on the “E-mail” field and enter your e-mail address.
- Click on the “Phone” field and enter the phone number.
- Click on the “Country” drop-down menu and select the country.
- Click on the “Status” field and enter the status.
- Click on the “City” field and enter the city.
- Click on the “Postcode” field and enter the zip code.
- Click on the “Street” field and enter the address.
- Click on the “Relationship to” drop-down menu and select the relevant patient.
- Click on the “Gender” drop-down menu and select the gender.
- Click on the “Insurance” drop-down menu and select an insurance policy.
- Click on the “Therapist” drop-down menu and select a therapist.
- Click on the “Industry” drop-down menu and select an industry.
- Click on the “Birth” field to enter the date of birth, or click on the calendar in the “Birth” field and select the date.
- Optional: Click on the “Comments” field and write comments.
- Finally, click on the “Save” button.
Explanatory video
