Steps to follow
Select the recipe to be edited:
Option 1:
- Go to the “Calendar” section.
- Select the appointment corresponding to the prescription in question, using the calendar.
- You will be redirected, where you will be able to view partial information about the selected appointment.
- Then, click on the “Complete” button and access the appointment file, where you will see the complete information of the appointment.
- Scroll to the end of the tab, to the “Recipes” accordion.
- Once there, click on “Prescriptions”. The table with the recipes for this date is displayed.
- Select the recipe to be edited. To do this, click on the button in the last column of the recipe.
- Click on the “Edit” option.
- You will be redirected, where you will be able to edit all the information corresponding to that recipe.
Option 2:
- Go to the “Patients” section.
- Click on the pencil located in the last column of the patient corresponding to the prescription in question.
- You will be redirected to where you can view all information about the selected patient.
- Then scroll down to the “Recipes” table.
- Select the recipe to be edited there. To do this, click on the button in the last column of the recipe and a menu will open.
- Click on the “Edit” option.
- You will be redirected, where you will be able to edit all the information corresponding to that recipe.
Edit the selected recipe:
- Click on the “Status” drop-down menu and change the status.
- Click on the drop-down menu “Correspondent”, change the pharmacy.
- Click on the drop-down menu “Shipping method”, edit the option.
- Edit mixing table and/or herbs:
- Click on the “Name” or “Name in Pinyin” drop-down list in the table to change the value.
- Change the values “Pao”, “Grams” and “Orig” in the table by clicking on the desired field and editing the corresponding value.
- Add mix(es) by clicking on the “Add mix” drop-down menu and selecting a value.
- To add herb/s, click on the “Add herbs” button. Then, from the “Name” or “Name in Pinyin” drop-down of the added table, select a value.
- Remember to fill in the “Pao”, “Grams” and “Orig” values of the added tables by clicking on each field and typing the corresponding value.
- Then click on the “Preparation method” drop-down menu to change its value.
- Edit the number of days by clicking on the “Quantity for x days” field and changing the value.
- Finally, click on the “Edit recipe” button.
