How to create an invoice?

Below is a step-by-step process for creating an invoice, as well as an explanatory video.

Steps to follow

  1. Go to the “Invoices” section.
  2. In the new view, you can perform the following actions on the “Patients” tab:
    – Filter by billable appointments.
    – Filter by patients or the number of appointments to be billed.
  3. Click on the “+” button in the last column of the table.
  4. With the invoice builder it is possible to:
    – Change the issue date and due date (by default the due date will be in 14 days).
    – Add diagnoses (via the free text area) or western diagnoses (via the dropdown menu) to the selected quote (optional).
    – Each quote is displayed in an accordion with the date and time, so you can change the price for each product and the quantity or remove it from the quote.
  5. Finally, check the invoice to be issued using the “Preview” button.
  6. Finally, click on the “Generate invoice” button and then on “Download”.
