Invoicing

Our platform offers a complete and flexible option for billing your services.

This allows you to add additional products, set standard prices and change the prices for products or services before the final invoice is issued.

Below is a step-by-step process for creating an invoice, as well as an explanatory video.

Steps to follow

  1. Go to the “Invoices” section.
  2. In the new view, you can perform actions such as these on the “Patients” tab:
    – Filter by billable appointments.
    – Filter by patients or the number of appointments to be billed.
  3. Then click on the “+” button, which is located in the last column of the patient corresponding to the appointment to be calculated.
  4. This is possible with the invoice creator:
    • Change the issue date and the expiry date (by default, the expiry date is in 14 days).
    • Add diagnoses (via the free text area) or western diagnoses (via the drop-down menu) to the selected quote (optional).
    • Each offer is displayed in an accordion with the date and time so that you can change the price for each product and the quantity or remove it from the offer.
    • Select the additional product(s) to be invoiced.
  5. Once you have selected the relevant date, check the invoice to be issued using the “Preview” button.
  6. Finally, click on the “Create invoice” button and then on the “Download” button.
  7. That’s it already! The process is complete.
