Below is a step-by-step process for creating a time block in the calendar, as well as an explanatory video.

The transition from physical patient records to a digital version has revolutionized the way therapists and doctors manage patient information.

The most important advantages of this new format include the following:

Time management:

It makes it easier to record information quickly and accurately so that the therapist can concentrate on direct patient care.

Treatment history:

It provides a detailed record of previous treatments and recommendations, making it easier for the therapist to access relevant information to make informed decisions about current treatment.

Communication in both directions:

It enables the creation of recommendations and questionnaires for the patient and thus more individualized and efficient care.

How can I view the patient file?

Steps to follow

  1. Go to the “Calendar” section.
  2. Select the appointment for the patient in question by clicking on it.
  3. Then click on the “Fill out” button to call up the corresponding form.
  4. You can perform the following actions on the tab:
  • Add treatments (previously created).
  • Add further (previously created) products.
  • Add warnings.
  • Add remarks.
  • Add syndrome.
  • Add (previously created) Western diagnoses.
  • Upload files.
  • Add general diagnoses.
  • Use various instruments to complete the diagnosis:
    1. Language
    2. Pulse
    3. Acupuncture
    4. Information on
    5. Recommendations
  • Issuing prescriptions.

Important: Remember to save the changes when you make changes.

How to create a questionnaire?

Steps to follow

Before you continue, remember that you must have created at least one treatment, otherwise you will not be able to carry out the procedure.

  1. Go to the “Settings” section.
  2. Click on the “Edit questionnaires” button.
  3. Then click on the “New questionnaire” button, which will take you to a form.
  4. Click on the “Title” field and enter the name of the questionnaire.
  5. Click on the “Treatments” drop-down menu and select the appropriate treatment.
  6. Click on the “Questions” field and enter a question.
  7. To write more than one question, click on the “Add question” button as often as you like.
  8. To delete a question, click on the “Delete” button under the question you wish to delete.
  9. Finally, click on the “Save” button.
