Steps to follow

1. Go to the “Herbs” section.
2. Click on the “New Individual Herbs” button, which will redirect you to a form.

Form – Part 1: Herb data

1. Optional: Click on the “Image URL” field and enter the URL of the image.
2. Mandatory: Write the name in the different languages by clicking on the fields “Pinyin”, “Latin Pharmaceutical” and “Chinese” and enter the corresponding data.
3. To continue, click on the “Save” button.

Form – Part 2: Herb translations

1. Select a translation by clicking on the language you want to start with.
2. Then click on the “Name” field and enter the name in the relevant language.
3. Continue to fill in all fields of this translation:
   1. Click on the desired accordion and the fields it contains will be displayed.
   2. Click on each field and enter the corresponding data.
4. Repeat these steps for the remaining translations.
5. Important: You must fill in at least the “Name” field of each translation in order to continue.
6. Finally, click on the “Save” button.

Explanatory video

The video is subtitled in English by default. You can change this to the language of your choice in the video settings.
