Steps to follow

1. Go to the “Configuration” section.
2. Click on the “Edit Diagnostics” button.
3. Click on the “Edit” button for the diagnosis you wish to edit and a form will open.
4. Click on the “Code” field and edit the code.
5. Click on the “Name” field and edit the name.
6. Finally, click on the “Save” button.
