Steps to follow

1. Go to the “Configuration” section.
2. Click on the “Edit Diagnostics” button.
3. Then click on the “Add diagnosis” button, whereupon a form opens.
4. Click on the “Code” field and enter the diagnostic code.
5. Click on the “Name” field and enter the name of the diagnosis.
6. Finally, click on the “Save” button.
