How to create an appointment for the first time as a Patient?

Below you will find a step-by-step process to create an appointment for the first time as a Patient, as well as an explanatory video.

Steps to follow

  1. Click on the “Register” button.
  2. Then click on the “I am a new patient” button. Do not forget to accept the privacy policy by clicking on the corresponding checkbox.
  3. You will be redirected to make your appointment.
  4. Click on the “Treatment” drop-down menu and select the treatment.
  5. Click on the “Therapist” drop-down menu and select the therapist.
  6. Click on the calendar and select the desired date.
  7. You will then see the available timetables for that day and select one by clicking on it.
  8. Click on the “Next” button, which will redirect you to a form in which you must fill in all the fields required for the initial registration.
  9. Click on the “E-mail” field and enter your e-mail address.
  10. Click on the “Password” field and enter a password.
  11. Click on the “Confirm password” field and enter your password again.
  12. Click on the “Name” field and enter the name.
  13. Click on the “Surname” field and enter the surname.
  14. Click on the “Phone” field and enter the phone number.
  15. Click on the “City” field and enter the city.
  16. Click on the “Postcode” field and enter the zip code.
  17. Click on the “Street” field and enter the street.
  18. Click on the “Numbering” field and enter the numbering.
  19. Once you have filled in all the fields, click on the “Continue” button, which will take you to the confirmation of your appointment.
  20. To confirm your appointment, check that the information you have entered is correct and click on the “Continue” button. Optional: Click on the “Email reminder” checkbox if you would like to receive an email notification to remind you of your appointment.
  21. You are ready! You will then see the details of your appointment.
