How to cancel an appointment as a Patient?

Below you will find a step-by-step process to cancel an appointment as a Patient, as well as an explanatory video.

Steps to follow

  1. Log in to the application. To do this, follow the steps described below.
  2. Click on the “E-mail or patient ID” field and enter your e-mail address or patient ID.
  3. Click on the “Password” field and enter your password.
  4. Optional: Click on the “Save login” checkbox if you want to save your login data.
  5. Click on the “Log in” button.
  6. You will receive an e-mail with an authentication code in your e-mail inbox, which you must then enter by clicking on the “2FA code” field.
  7. Finally, click on the “Send” button.
  8. As soon as you are logged in to the application, you can view your data.
  9. Click on the “Edit” button for the appointment you wish to cancel.
  10. A pop-up window will open asking you if you want to continue the process; if so, click on the “Continue” button.
  11. You will be informed of various options, e.g. to make your appointment online or to click on the “Book new appointment” button, which will cancel your current appointment and redirect you to create a new one.
  12. If you would like to continue with the cancellation, click on the “Continue” button again and the appointment will be canceled.
  13. Important: If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, you can no longer cancel it.
