Steps to follow

1. Go to the “Calendar” section.
2. Select the desired date by clicking on it.
3. Then click on the “Fill out” button to call up the corresponding form.

You can perform the following actions on the tab:

• Add treatments (previously created).
• Add further (previously created) products.
• Add warnings.
• Add remarks.
• Add syndrome.
• Add (previously created) Western diagnoses.
• Upload files.
• Add general diagnoses.
• Use various instruments to complete the diagnosis:
  1. Language
  2. Pulse
  3. Acupuncture
  4. Questionnaire
  5. Information on
  6. Recommendations
