TCM Assist - Blocked time: New patients

Blocked time: New patients

Utilizing blocked time for new patients is a key strategy for managing therapists’ schedules.

By reserving certain times of the day on certain days of the week exclusively for new patients, several advantages can be achieved:

Prioritization of new patients

By reserving a specific time for new patients, we give them the opportunity to be treated more quickly and conveniently. This can be crucial for patients who are seeking treatment for the first time and want to get an appointment as quickly as possible.

Efficient agenda management

By reserving time exclusively for new patients, therapists can organize their schedule more efficiently. This allows them to balance the care of existing patients with the admission of new patients without compromising the quality of service.

Promotion of practice growth

By making time for new patients, therapists can gradually increase their patient base and thus promote the growth of their practice. This can be particularly beneficial for those who are new to the profession or want to expand their client base.
