Online reservation: reducing downtime

Online booking is an indispensable tool as it allows our patients to make their appointments quickly and easily by choosing the day and time that best suits their schedule and selecting the therapist or treatment they want.

This function not only improves comfort and flexibility for patients, but also directly benefits therapists by reducing downtime.

By allowing patients to book appointments in advance, you can optimize therapists’ scheduling and ensure that each session is used to its full potential, avoiding long periods of inactivity that could affect the efficiency and productivity of the service.

Below you will find a step-by-step process to create an appointment for the first time as a Patient, as well as an explanatory video.

Steps to follow

  1. Click on the “Log in” button.
  2. Then click on the “I am a new patient” button. Remember to accept the privacy policy by clicking on the corresponding checkbox.
  3. You will be redirected to make your appointment.
  4. Click on the “Treatment” drop-down menu and select your treatment.
  5. Click on the “Therapist” drop-down menu and select the therapist.
  6. Click on the calendar and select the desired date.
  7. You will see the available dates for this day and select one by clicking on it.
  8. Click on the “Next” button, which will redirect you to a form in which you must fill in all the fields required for the initial registration.
  9. Click on the “E-mail” field and enter your e-mail address.
  10. Click on the “Password” field and enter a password.
  11. Click in the “Confirm password” field and enter your password again.
  12. Click in the “First name” field and enter your first name.
  13. Click in the “Last name” field and enter your last name.
  14. Click in the “Phone” field and enter your telephone number.
  15. Click in the “City” field and enter the city.
  16. Click in the “Postcode” field and enter the zip code.
  17. Click in the “Street” field and enter the street.
  18. Click on the “Number” field and enter the number.
  19. Once you have filled in all the fields, click on the “Continue” button, which will take you to the confirmation of your appointment.
  20. To confirm the appointment, check that the information entered is correct and click the “Continue” button. Optional: Click on the “Email reminder” checkbox if you would like to receive an email notification to remind you of your appointment.
  21. You are ready! You will now see the details of your appointment.
