Management and creation of appointments

Our appointment system has been developed to make it easier for therapists to manage their appointments and ensure they have full control over their availability and can offer their patients the best possible service.

They can create appointments for their patients quickly and easily. This allows them to plan their working day efficiently and avoid overlaps.

After creating the appointment, they can confirm whether the patient has shown up or not. If so, they can create an invoice for the appointment, which simplifies the billing process and ensures greater transparency in the process.

On the other hand, patients can also manage their own appointments. They can choose the date and time that suits them best, as well as the type of treatment and therapist they would like to see. This gives them more control over their own medical care and allows them to plan their visits according to their schedule and preferences.

Below is a step-by-step process to create an appointment and then bill it as a Therapist, as well as an explanatory video.

Steps to follow

  1. If you are logged into the application, go to the “Calendar” section.
  2. Click on the “New appointment” button to open a form.
  3. Click on the “Date Time” field, enter the desired date and time, or click on the calendar and select the desired values.
  4. Click on the “Therapist” drop-down menu and select the therapist.
  5. Click on the “Treatment” drop-down menu and select the treatment.
  6. Click on the “Patient” drop-down menu and select the patient.
  7. The following fields are filled in automatically.
  8. Optional: Click on the “Observation” field and enter your observations.
  9. Finally, click on the “Save” button.
  10. After you have created the appointment, go to the “Invoices” section.
  11. Click on the “+” button located in the last column of the patient corresponding to the appointment created.
  12. This is possible with the invoice creator:
    • Change the issue date and the expiry date (by default, the expiry date is 14 days).
    • Add diagnoses (via the free text area) or western diagnoses (via the drop-down menu) to the selected appointment (optional).
    • Select the appointment(s) to be invoiced (each appointment is displayed in an accordion along with the date and time, so you can change the price of each product and the quantity or remove it from the appointment).
    • Select the additional product(s) to be invoiced.
  13. Once you have selected the relevant date, check the invoice to be issued using the “Preview” button.
  14. Finally, click on the “Create invoice” button and then on the “Download” button.
  15. That’s it already! The process is complete.
