How to create an appointment and then bill it as a Therapist?

Below is a step-by-step process to create an appointment and then bill it as a Therapist, as well as an explanatory video.

Steps to follow

  1. Log in to the application. To do this, follow the steps described below.
  2. Click on the “E-mail” field and enter your e-mail address.
  3. Click on the “Password” field and enter your password.
  4. Optional: Click on the “Save login” checkbox if you want to save your login data.
  5. Click on the “Log in” button.
  6. You will receive an e-mail with an authentication code in your e-mail inbox, which you must then enter by clicking on the “2FA code” field.
  7. Finally, click on the “Send” button.
  8. Once logged into the application, go to the “Calendar” section.
  9. Click on the “New appointment” button to open a form.
  10. Click on the “Date Time” field, enter the desired date and time, or click on the calendar and select the desired values.
  11. Click on the “Therapist” drop-down menu and select the therapist.
  12. Click on the “Treatment” drop-down menu and select the treatment.
  13. Click on the “Patient” drop-down menu and select the patient.
  14. The following fields are filled in automatically.
  15. Optional: Click on the “Comments” field and enter a comment.
  16. Finally, click on the “Save” button.
  17. After you have created the quote, go to the “Invoices” section.
  18. Click on the “+” button located in the last column of the patient corresponding to the appointment created.
  19. This is possible with the invoice creator:
    • Change the issue date and the due date (by default, the due date will be in 14 days).
    • Add diagnoses (via the free text area) or western diagnoses (via the drop-down menu) to the selected appointment (optional).
    • Select the appointment(s) to be invoiced (each appointment appears in an accordion with the date and time, so you can change the price for each product and the quantity or delete it from the appointment).
    • Select the additional product(s) to be invoiced.
  20. Once you have selected the relevant date, check the invoice to be issued using the “Preview” button.
  21. Finally, click on the “Create invoice” button and then on the “Download” button.
  22. Done! The process is complete.
